It exudes the character of the place. All the best LMR flavors are present - vibrant black currant fruit, earthiness and incredible spice notes. But you know this wine isn't a Cabernet Sauvignon because its complex fruit character is completely fresh, approachable and spicy. There is a difference between spice from fruit and spice from oak. This wine has all its spice (mostly white and black pepper) from its fruit. This wine is perfectly balanced and ready for the table. Its tannins are ample, but soft.
